error while converting to ccitt u-law 8 mono

    Dear dbpoweramp.

After having used the dBpoweramp music converter trial I just bought the program yesterday, and now it doesn’t work?!?

I am trying to convert a wave file into ccitt u-law 8 mono and it comes with an error saying: “Riff chunck unknown”??

So what do I do now?

It means the source file contains a Riff chunk that dbpoweramp does not recognize, and it is dropped. The trial would have done the same also.

m3u is a playlist, it is not an audio track, rather it contains a pointer to audio tracks.

    Still doesn't work...

I have tried with several wav files that I could convert from with the trial version.
Now I either get "riff chunk unknown" or "chunk is out of file".

I need this to work soon or I will have to ask for a money refund - running out of time and patience - please help

A chunk out of file, this means your WAVE files are corrupted, the trial version would have reported the same...
