ID3-Tag missing

Hi,

I have installed dbpoweramp reference and batch ripper and asset, but the problem is if I right click on a file ie a mp3/flac/wav file the options do not appear in the menu as per example.

I am running windows 2008 server.

Such option, might be disabled at the server level.
