Collection cd's - file structure nightmare?

I have ripped some 3.000 cd's over the years and worked quite a lot with tags.

    The file structure is:
    artist\album\track

Under each album I have the album art as Folder.jpg and in some cases also in the tag...somehow:o Now, for a collection cd with 45 different tracks I end up with 45 different artist folders under which I have one album folder (Absolute Country 1209) under which I have one track and one Folder.jpg

I have afterwards arranged all collection albums into separate collection-genres.

For these albums I would like to be able to change the file structure, to:

    album\track

I beleive I can find sw to move the music files, but then the folder with the album art will remain.:(

Any clever ideas would be tremendously appreciated:komisch12

    [IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[IFCOMP]Various Artists[][IF!COMP][artist][][]\[album]\[track] [artist] - [title]

It is the default naming and works well with compilation CDs

This looks fantastic, in the sence that there seems to be a way forward. Could you send a ref to a document/manual - where I can understand how to execute these wonderful codes?

      Many thanks
