Dynamic naming greyed out

I'm a Reference user of 13.5, but dynamic naming is greyed out.
It says something about 13.5 Beta only being supported to 11/2010

You have a beta version installed which has expired, follow the link in your email receipt to download the registered version.

FYI: I had tried that several times, but kept getting a windows install error.
This time, I uninstalled the program and ran the installer as administrator.
It worked - thanks again for the prompt response - maybe I'll buy R14 after all...
