problems enabling perfect meta matches

Any ideas why am I not able to turn on perfect meta matches. It was working until 2 days ago.

I have the dbpoweramp reference R14 which I thought came with a perpetual license. I also just purchased a new perfect meta renewal 3/16 and still no access. :cry:

I can rip using dbpoweramp , but when I open review perfect meta matches, AMG, GD3, Music Branz and freedb are dimmed.

If the disc was stored in the local disc cache these will be blank for a reload of the disc. Press the whole Meta button to reget from the internet.
