Strange AAC file can't decode in DMC, plays fine in Winamp

I've got these files I pulled using Streamripper and DbPoweramp can't decode them at all.

They play fine in Winamp though. It's an AAC file extension but DMC just can't decode it. Give me the "File is AAC?" error.

Any ideas? I can upload the file if you want it. :headbang:

We do not support all varieties of 'raw' aac, sorry.
