File to file conversion

First time user of for Batch conversion. How to I run a batch conversion and retain a mirror image of the file names. Desire is to see FLAC album file converted to mp3 with the same file name. Current efforts have conversions going to mp3 but by artist. Thanks.

Dynamic naming to:

[origpath]\[origfilename]
