Converting FLAC to Apple Lossless

I want to convert a library of FLAC to Apple Lossless (ALAC/m4a). I have a combination of ripped CDs and some downloaded Hi Rez (96/24) music. Can dbPowerAmp convert the high Rez files with no loss of resolution?
