Can't choose 'Dynamic' Output location

With Music Converter, I can't choose 'Dynamic' Output location (the radio button is disabled):


Is there any setting I need to check or toggle? I tried setting different directories, different encoders, and removing all DSP effects/actions but the 'Dynamic' field is always disabled.

I am using v. R14 on Windows 7.
