Please Help Me?

I'm trying to burn some mp3's from a folder on my pc to cdr. I picked the songs I wanted- got them converted- then when I clicked on BURN CD it does nothing,
I did just have my computer re-formatted, maybe the program isn't set up like it's supposed to be. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

I knew something was different this time because, I used to just highlight the songs I wanted, then right click, and I'd get a choice of what to do, and I'd pick go to AUDIO CD....... But this time, I tried that, and got nothing, so I went to my shortcut on my desktop of the CONVERTER, and picked the songs from the menu there,
I know it must not be set up right, after they reformatted.

MAYBE I COULD JUST GET IT SENT TO ME AGAIN, LIKE WHEN I 1ST PURCHASED THE PROGRAM????
