Missing Tracks

Hello,
I have just installed Asset on a laptop to give it a try.
When I started the scan the window counted 20536 tracks.
When the scan finished I see:
Status: Library Contains 20534 Tracks, 1582 Albums
message.
I have scanned the NAS and it does contain 20530 FLAC and 6 MP3 files.
Where are the 2 missing tracks?
Why would some tracks be left out of the final count?

The file might be corrupted and the metadata might not have been read.
