Ogg Vorbis Lancer encoder update

I noticed that the available Ogg Vorbis lancer encoder installer for dBpoweramp has been updated to the b5.7 2009-03-03 version, from the previous b5 2006-10-24 version available a few months ago.

I would like to know which version (source, compiler used) is this compile?

Encoding to Ogg Vorbis using the latest Ogg Vorbis Lancer encoder (Lancer Nov 25 2009 [aoTuV b5.7 20090301]) seems to not properly insert the ID tags of the files they are converted from. ID tags of converted .OGG files are blank even if the files I am converting them from are properly tagged.

I tried converting from FLAC to Ogg Vorbis. I've tested this using the SSE3 encoder in a Windows 7 PC with Intel Atom and a Windows XP PC with Pentium 4. No DSP effects/actions are enabled.

You need the standard dBpoweramp Ogg encoder / decoder as this does the ID Tagging.

Is there a way or workaround to enable ID tagging for the Ogg Vorbis aoTuV encoder in dBpoweramp?

The AuVTov encoder uses the standard dbpoweramp Ogg decoder to write ID Tags.
