Batch Converter - "Dynamic" greyed out

I'm trying to batch convert my entire FLAC library to MP3. I've created a new folder "My Music MP3" and would like the converted MP3 files to be saved in a directory structure identical to that in the original FLAC library.

I think I could achieve this with the "dynamic" option, but it is greyed out.

Why? How can I achieve what I want to do?

dBpoweramp Reference is required for that option, check in dBpoweramp Configuration as to the version you have.
