Gonverting 96kHz/24bit flac to 44.1/16bit flac

I have downloaded some albums in 96kHz/24bit and also 192khz/24bit flac format. Is it possible to convert these files to 44.1khz/16bit using dMC. At this stage I have no way of playing these via my SONOS so as a temporary measure would like to convert them. I have managed to alter the bit rate with no problem using DSP effects but when I try the resample setting it reduces the file to silence and only a few Kb in size. I have tried converting the flac to wav first but still no joy.
    Thankyou

Make sure you are using R13.5 and the latest R6 DSP effects (as there were fixes in this area).

Thanks Spoon. Works well now. A quick query. When converting 96/24 Flac files using DSP effects to 44.1/16 is it better to convert the original FLAC to WAV first, use DSP then convert back to FLAC or doesn't it matter?
    Thanks again

    Does not make any difference.
