[MAXLENGTH] support in command line encoder

It would be very useful to add support for
[MAXLENGTH] in the command line encoder (when passing parameters to the command line encoder). The reason is that m4a does not support tags longer than 255 characters (except for lyrics), so the quicktime command line encoder I use rejects the whole tag if it's over 254 characters.

    Thank you.

Re: [MAXLENGTH] support in command line encoder

The problem may be due to an apparent issue in QtAacEnc (quicktime command line encoder) in dealing with the entire length of the command line.
Even if that gets fixed, it would be good to have MAXLENGTH support in the dbpoweramp command line encoder parser (as well as for other dynamic tags--[upc] works but [cddb_id] doesn't).

Another suggestion is to bundle a codec for using the quicktime aac encoder (the api is out there), since so many people have quicktime installed, but maybe even an interface to pre-installed quicktime is a licensing issue

    Thanks.
