Compilation is disabled

IN order to rip a compilation CD I normally click the Compilation checkbox. On a current CD this checkbox is disabled and the Artist column is missing from the track listing.

How do I enable the Compilation checkbox?

You require a registered version of dBpoweramp to access the compilation button.
