How to read the .bin

In the folder application data on my computer, i got files .bin in folder dbpoweramp + accurate rip Is this a list of all albums that i ripped ? Is it possible to read this files ?
does it contains all albums that I ripped even before i begin to use the logfiles?

It is probably the CDRipper cache or the AccurateRip cached rips that haven't been submitted yet back to AR.

They are binary files, nothing useful (human readable) is in them.
