Lost ID Tag Processing in Windows Explorer

    Me again needing more help.
I am using dBpoweramp Reference Release 13.2 on a XP Pro SP3 PC and laptop to rip my CD collection to the excellent tiny 500Gb Transcend StoreJet 2.5 USB hard drive. I have installed the ID Tag Processing DSP on both the laptop and PC and it was working well with Windows Explorer on both.
Unfortunately it has stopped working on the PC. When you right click a file in Explorer all you get is the standard Explorer options, no ID Tag edit options and no tool tip box with tags when you move the cursor over a file.
I am not sure when this function stopped working but I think it was when I registered dBp Ref.
Any suggestions for restoring this excellent function as if I use MediaMonkey to edit tags it mucks them up.
    Thanks,
    Goberre
