New User Needs Help Converting .WAV to .MP3 w/specific parameters

Hi - I just downloaded the dBpoweramp Reference Trial. I am trying to convert a .wav file to a specific .MP3 format for uploading into a site. The parameters I need to upload to this site are 24kbps, 22.05khz, and Mono.

I created my audio file in Audacity. I exported it as a .wav. I right clicked on the .wav and selected Convert. I selected MP3 (Lame)

    The options I get are:
    Quality (VBR)
    Bit Rate (ABR)
    Bit Rate (CBR)
    Free Format

I don't know which of these to select/change. Do I change one or all?

I dont see options for settng the khz or the Mono.

The original .wav file is showing these properties.

    199.48 MB
    39 min 31 sec
    Channels 1 Mono
    Sample: 44.1 Khz
    Sample size 16 bit
    Bit rate: 705 Kbps
    Audio Quality - Lossless

I dont know what any of this means. Please help.

    Thank you,
    The Power Coach

Use CBR. The Advanced page has frequency etc options.
