Only 100 look ups after I purchased 700

I purchased two lots of look ups amounting to 700, I was only issued 100 for each purchase. I did as suggested and order with separate purchases but still only got 100 each time.

Can anyone help

Fixed (manually), the store is not able to pass multiples into the database, hence the bold text on the purchase page "Do not change the quantity from '1'. Example purchase 200 lookups with two seperate 100 purchases."
