please please, I need help

I'm very new in dBpoweramp.

my cd drive: HL-DT-ST - DVDRAM GMA-4082N

when I run dBpoweramp CD Ripper, the following dialogue box appears



I click "configure" after a while, the following message appears



I click "Ok"

after ripping any of my original cds in FLAC Format, gives me this result:



it give me "Not in AcurateRip".

Please, let me know in detail what I should do to see "AcurateRip" instead of "Not in AcurateRip".
please, give me the how in steps (1-, 2-....)

AccurateRip is not yet configured until it says 'Congratulations your offset...' keep feeding Discs (no need to rip, just click ok if offers to find the offset with one).
