Can I stop sending meta-data changes?

I often rip sets of tracks to different 'albums', with associated changes to the meta-data, to aid cataloguing. I am worried that meta-data from my 'personalised' albums will be uploaded to on-line databases thus adding confusion and wasting space. Is data uploaded automatically, and if so, how do I prevent it?

Not unless you manually submit them, the changes are not submitted.

Thanks Spoon; that's a relief. I wasn't sure, so thought it best to check - I'd hate to see all my classical 'albums = works' changes, with their associated genres spreading around like some nasty virus...

    Thanks again,
    Arthur.
