Newbie, basic stuff!!

Hi, Just joined forum and looking for some answers. Like a lot of people, I suspect, I ripped all my CDs the first time without understand implications of lossless/lossy. I've got a MAC system so I am thinking of ripping into Apple Lossless but have concerns about my future requirements. So my question, Can dBpoweramp convert from ALAC to FLAC?

As I said, pretty basic stuff!!

Yes, as long as you install the m4a codec and the FLAC codec.
