ogg error

Hey, I am getting an error similar to one described in another post:

Error converting to mp3 (Lame)........................
Error setting ogg callbacks [clDecoder::Open]

As was suggested in previously mentioned post, I uninstalled and reinstalled the codec but the error prevails. What can I do?

You should never see this error, it is a failure of the computer (perhaps flakey memory or CPU overclocked).
