Poor FLAC to ALAC conversion

Hey all-

I am fairly new to dbPowerAmp and am extremely disappointed in the conversion of my FLAC to ALAC files.

I converted 300+ GB's of FLAC and SHN files to Apple Lossless using dbPowerAmp.

I now am unable to play these ALAC files on my iriver iHP-120 device and Tversity won't play them while streaming to my PS3.

I have discovered that the only ALAC files that play fine are those that have been encoded to ALAC using iTunes(from wav files).

Is this problem common knowledge?

I'd love to get some feedback from PowerAmp developers.

Try the beta m4a codec from the beta section of this forum, then convert your ALAC to ALAC with the new codec.
