Upgrading from Power Pack to Reference

Hello. I'm trying to upgrade from dBpoweramp Power Pack to Reference, but I'm being stymied by the website software. When I visit the registration page, enter my order number and hit the Submit button, I get a new page with this message:

"This reCAPTCHA key isn't authorized for the given domain."

The two security words I'm invited to key in aren't in fact shown, nor any other options for further action, so validation can't proceed.

Please advise me how to jump this hurdle! Running Vista Home Basic SP1, and IE7. Many thanks for your kind assistance.
