Meta/freedb problem

I get a problem on occasion where the cd information doesn't come up. I have my setting on freedb, so I don't know why I'm not getting any info. When I hit the meta button, all i get is a stupid error telling me that AMG access has expired. The AMG error is really frustrating. I don't need an error box to tell me to pay $5 for a service I can get for free.
I tried downloading the newest version for registered users, but the site isn't acknowledging my order number. There isn't an easy way to tell what version I currently have either, so I don't even know if upgrading would be worthwhile.

Go into the CD ripper, click the arrow beside the meta button and uncheck AMG, MusicBrainz and GD3 (last two only in R13).

Versio numbers can be found in the link "Need to find your version?" in my signature. Note that the registered link retrieval works on purchases over 2 weeks old only.
