I get no album art at all

I have dBpoweramp Music Converter R12.4 and when I want to rip my CDs with the CD Ripper and I connect to an Internet db I get everything but the album art.
This happens with EVERY album.
Please help. :(

Are you getting the meta data from AMG or freedb? The CD Ripper should inform you where it obtained the information from.

BTW What firewall are you using as some are known to cause problems?

This is also happening with me. I get the meta tags automatically from freedb, but there's no album art. I have the album art box selected, and have the "save album art as folder.jpg", so I can't see what the problem is.

Has anyone overcome this problem?

ps. I'm using AVG 8 Free Edition.

Make sure your AMG access isn't expired and that when you click the drop-down beside the Meta button that AMG is checked.
