Speed Difference: Power Pack and Reference

Is there any difference in speed between the Power Pack and Reference version in ripping? (Assuming using the same hardware)

If you have a multi-core CPU and are using Burst mode, very much so, yes. Other than that, no speed differences come to mind, but do note that Reference can also do Ultra Secure ripping. See other version differences here: http://www.dbpoweramp.com/db-versions.htm

Thanks for the quick reply. I only have a single core chip and I've been ripping secure using the reference trial. CAn I assume Ultra is slower than secure?
