Error converting iTunes to MP3

I get an error that says:
Error converting to mp3 (Lame), 'C:\Users\JB Sims\Music\iTunes\iTunes Music\Ashton Shepherd\Takin' Off This Pain - Single\01 Takin' Off This Pain.m4p' to 'C:\Users\JB Sims\Music\Test\01 Takin' Off This Pain.mp3'
Error: Unable to load decoder for file type '.m4p', codec not installed? visit 'Codec Central'. [dBCoreConverter::dBCoreConverter]

I have the following codecs installed:
Apple Lossless
M4A Nero
MP3

Any help is appreciated!

m4p are protected apple files, they cannot be converted.
