Hi,
I have 360 days to go with my AMG license and have used <10 times. Still batch ripper says: "no lookups remaining".
Any ideas? Or is AMG not yet activated in the current RC of Batch Ripper?

Batch Ripper uses a different set of AMG lookups, with a limit of 400 for non-commercial with a 1 year license.

Hi Spoon,
I bought the AMG license only a few days ago from your online store and made in total about 10 lookups not >400.
Best wishes
Peter
You are saying you used the Batch Ripper to make 10 lookups and it says expired?
No, I used the normal ripper for the few lookups I made. Batch Ripper said "no lookups remaining" right from the start, after initially installing it last Saturday.
Peter
I can no longer test this myself but I did experience the exact same condition. Bought 1000 lookups yesterday so now it reflects 1000. Just scanning my files, it does not appear to have used AMG for any of my rips prior to the AMG commercial license purchase. In other words, it did not use my 400 lookups included with r12.4 reference.
Hi there
also just bought a R13 reference license (comprising a one year AMG subscription and I guess also 400 lookups with the batchripper) and though the AMG subscription works fine in the standalone ripper, in the batchripper shows "lookup remaining: (none)" and no metadata from amg is ever retrieved. Is this a bug?
Cheers,
The batch ripper uses a commercial AMG license, which is separate from the normal AMG subscription.
Thanks for your reply, so I suppose I have to purchase lookups now...
I was only wondering this because when I click on "purchase AMG lookups" in the latest batch ripper, it says: "non-commercial AMG users receive 400 lookups with their existing AMG 1 year licence, no accounts need to be created..."
Cheers,
Michael
I'm not sure why it's not working then, this would have to be something Spoon would have to answer.
There should be 400 non commercial, I will ad to the bug list to look at.

Thanks Spoon,
I was using the eval version before registering (though I uninstalled it before installing the reference version).
Cheers,
Michael
I'm having the same problem...
1. installed the eval/trial version of R13
2. installed the batch ripper
3. wasn't getting any AMG lookups
4. found this thread
5. checked the user credentials for AMG in batch ripper
options -- nothing there to erase as per LtData's suggestion
6. uninstalled the eval/trial version
7. installed the registered version
8. re-installed batch ripper
9. still no AMG lookups. In fact, no lookups except for freedb.
Any thoughts on how to fix this?
Thanks, in advance.
Confirmed as still an issue (we were testing against the older AMG install activation, not the web activation). Will put out a new Batch Ripper on Monday.
