Compressed WAV is missing Mp3 (MPEG 3) option

Q: I am missing options under Compressed WAV that I had in previous versions.

A: Try either a 'Wave' compression and select Wave-Mp3 or install the LAME ACM codec here: http://www.free-codecs.com/download/LAME_ACM_Codec.htm
