Music Converter 'All Media Guide (registered)' not available in Windows user account

How do I transfer the registration status of 'All Media Guide' from my Administrator account over to a regular User account in Windows XP? (Perhaps a better question would be: How does one transfer user specific settings such as Options and naming strings from one account to another?)

I installed Music Converter Reference R12.4 (registered) into my Windows XP Administrator account and also registered the 'All Media Guide' from within that account. While running the Music Converter from a non-admin. account I get a message saying the 'All Media Guide' is not registered or has expired when there is at least six months remaining.

Mp3 Lame Encoder: Forcing Frequency or Channels (on advanced) can crash CoreConverter Affected: Release 12.0 Fixed in R12.1 http://www.dbpoweramp.com/dmc.htm

In short: make the account an administrator account briefly, install the AMG trial, then put it back to a limited account.
