    Ripping Cerys Mathews Cockahoop

As soon as this cd starts ripping dbPowerAmp crashes. Never had this happen with previous ~200 cd's.

Here's the dialog message box from CDGrab.exe:

The instruction at "0x7c911404" referenced memory at "0xfffffff8". The memory could not be "read".

    Anyone able to help?

    Cheers,

PS. The 'big grin' was not put in by me, but is misinterpreted by the forum software. It's really a colon followed by a capital d.

That is the problem, is the cd copy protected? try R13 and select the defective by design ripping method.

    BRILLIANT! :smile2:

Only thing is that I've reverted back to a trial version, whereas I had a fully licensed version of r12.4

Do I need to remove r13 and re-install r12.4, or is there a work around?

    Thanks Spoon.

You installed r13 over top of your existing r12.4 registered, correct? You did not uninstall your current version? If you did not uninstall the regsitered r12.4 version, your r13 should say registered.

    Re: Ripping Cerys Mathews Cockahoop

Ah, that's where I went wrong.

When I ran the r13 installer it detected a previous version and asked if I wanted to uninstall it first. I assumed that I should...

    So, should I uninstall r13, re-install r12.4 and then re-install r13 (without removing r12.4)?

    Thanks,
    Steve
