Why "Renew Access" ?

I'v just installed R12.3, now I can see that "All Media Guide = Access Expired", why that ?
I have take my copy on July 29 2007 (Order # <removed>) so isn't pass one year, so, again, why renew access ?

The AMG license is seperate from Reference, it cannot be reinstalled after 3 months. The only way to reinstate AMG is to purchase a $5 license.
