upload option

Spoon, i was revisiting why uploads don't work on the forum. obviously you don't want to upload attatchments for you codecs and products here into the forum but i thought it might be a good idea to be able to upload skins and color changes here in the forum as attatchments as it will aslo record and show how many times it is downloaded.

having said that the only thing i could find why attatchments arn't working is in you php ini there is a line called:

file_uploads

it currently has "no value" if you turn this on it should have a value of "1"

i think it will then work.

any thoughts on this?

I disabled it, because that server has an old php version with the exploit.
