    Startup problem with CD Ripper in 12.3 Reference

    I just upgraded to R12.3 Reference and I am now having a problem with startup on the CD ripper.
    When I right click on my DVD-rom drive and choose "Rip with dBPowerAmp" from the context menu the program starts up behind all other running windows and doesn't appear in the task bar. If I go to Task Manager it shows that it is running but the 'switch to' button doesn't make it appear on the task bar.
    If I minimize all open windows, then dBPower Amp CD Ripper appears on screen and in the taskbar and seems to work normally.

    Which windows version? on Vista it appears in the front when I try it.
