Naming classical music files in dMC 12 Reference edition

For classical music I would prefer if the files were stored by Album name / Composer(s) / Work(s) / Movement (track no.), or by Composer / Album name/Work / Movement (track no.).

E.g., if it is an album all by one composer, then a top level folder Composer followed by a sub-folder "Work - Album name" (or "Album name - Work"), followed by files named "Track no. - Movement name".

Or, for a compilation of several composers, a top level folder "Album name", or "Artist name - Album name" if it is by a single artist, followed by sub-folders for Composer followed by a sub-folder "Work", followed by files named "Track no. - Movement name".

I have tried following the information given in the dBpoweramp Naming web page and analysing the naming strings given in dBpoweramp and by Spoon in these forums in answer to other people, but I have not understood it yet. Is there a more comprehensive (or perhaps more simple!) explanation of naming strings given anywhere?

By the way, this is for dMC 12 Reference edition, i.e. with dynamic file naming.
