    Under what circumstances will DMC retain album art during a conversion process?

    ALAC to FLAC - no,

    Version r11.5 does not support album art.
    Version r12 does I believe.

      Ah, that would explain it :D

      Am I entitled to a free upgrade to R12, or do I need to pay some more dosh?

          I have used the register page, but strangely there were *two* links for DMC-r12.2-Registered.exe. Why is that?

            Do they both link to the same file or different files? If different, it might be in case one download is corrupt for some reason.
