Just purchase DBpower amp reference- update

I just purchase DBpoweramp reference. When I finish installing the software The configuration window pop-up and I press the update button.

It show that version 12.1 is available. Bring me to the web page but the version to download is a trial version. I download it and when I tried to install it I had a warning saying my present version is 12.1 and the version i want to install is 12.1

If the version is the same why I have an update ?

Another question: Can we make CUE sheet from the CD ripper ?

Also, are you sure the update window doesn't say that "version 12 is available", as mine does?

If you currently have r12.1, you don't need to update. It shouldn't say you need to and this might need to be looked into.

Ok the cue sheet will be add to the R13. When this version will be available ?
Will I also be eligible for the free update to version 13 ?

Reference users get free minor version upgrades (r12 to r12.1) but major versions (r12 to r13) require paying a small fee, the exact amount has not been stated yet.

R13 is scheduled for beta in 2-3 months, I believe, but that might change.

I'm a reference user also. I downloaded an update on 14MAY07, named "dMC-R12.1-Ref-Trial" I installed this.

When I run dBpoweramp config and click "Check for updates" I see a window with "Update Available" in the upper right side and an "[ Install ]" button. Pushing the [ Install ] button leads me to the same file I downloaded on Monday...?? Where is the updated version?

Also the "Registration Status" for Reference shows "Trial" I checked the install directory and all the *.bin files are there. Whats wrong with my reference registration?

The trial version reference is a different installer than the registered version.

You must download the registered version via the registration link at the top of the dbpoweramp website.

OK the registration problem is resolved...

But the update problem remains.

Yea they need to update the version on the update checker thing so it doesn't appear you have an old version.

Fixed, updater now shows r12.1 as the latest version.
