Problems with wma codec

Hi! I have a problem. When I try installing wma codec, a message appears:
WINDOWS MEDIA FORMAT 7.1 AUDIO FILE SETUP
"INF Install failure. Acceso denegado".
Can you help me?

It doesn´t work correctly. The conversion finishs quickly and the wma file hasn´t been converted.
