Did you ever find out that the CD writer is definitly not compatable with Vista? I'm talking dBpower R 11.

In Windows 7 it does not seem to detect the drive (any drive), we do not have access to the CD writing 'core' code, to fix and the commercial project seems to have been dropped...we will investigate purchasing the source.

With me it works in windows7 as follows:

start goto dBpoweramp CD Writer and rightclick properties.

go to tab compability and check compabilitymodus with Windows XP SP3.
            Apply and OK.

restart start - dBpoweramp CD Writer and there is your CD Writer and you can burn.

There is another small problem: on the cd you get Track 01, etc and not the original titles.
