'Arrange Collection' criteria by mmc

I'd like to suggest that collection arrangement criteria are stored with the relevant collection and loaded with that collection. That way, when numbskulls like me load a collection stored on drive 'M' and hit arrange without checking the criteria, they don't suddenly find all their tracks on drive 'E' which is where the last arrangment that was run on another collection put them.
