Obviously neither workaround is ideal,...
I agree, any progress on this issue?
Also, it would be good to be able to rescan just those files not in AccurateRip at a later date, in case they have been added since.
How can I get PerfectTUNES to rescan only the corrupted files?
I have ~11,000 files, first time I ran PerfectTUNES it reported ~6,500 corrupt. Then I read about how it doesn't handle files on a...
Really? Cool. How do I do it? What is the UPnP standard equivalent?
Did a little bit of searching, is it as mentioned in this thread?:...
I agree, would be awesome!
P.S. Running as a service works with latest update, thanks!
OMG, exciting! Though what I would really like to see is Renaissance on the Raspberry Pi - any chance?
I've also tried it on Windows 7 now (Professional, SP1, 64-bit), and the same thing.
Here's a more detailed explanation of the symptoms:
No service is created in the Services manager, but one...
Windows Home Server (original, aka Server 2003) and also Windows 8.1.
Hi,
I'm having trouble with installing uPlayer as a service - it doesn't create a service when I choose the option in the config utility. After some digging, it seems to create a service with a...
Is it possible to edit the menus that Asset creates in more detail than the GUI offers?
I have two issues I'd like to fix:
1) Compilations is unnecessarily deeply nested - it currently goes...
Well, after finally getting round to investigating this again, it's still not working for me.
I see if I remove the [NoAssetMultiDiscTrackTitle] and [NoAssetPrependTrackNum] override options then...
My collection is about 300GB (mostly rock/pop, quite mainstream I reckon), currently at 55%, been uploading almost 24/7 for about a month now I think. My max upload rate is about 80-90 KB/sec,...
Do you have any info on the number of users, files, types of files, etc. uploaded to AudioSafe?
I was hoping somebody else might have done the hard work of uploading the same files as me, so that...
AudioSafe is currently working its way through uploading my FLACs, but I wonder how it IDs the tracks?
For instance, if I want to move the location of all my music later (change the root...
Thanks, I tried that but it didn't make any difference. I restarted Asset UPnP, I don't need to clear and re-scan too, do I..?
Asset Control. Just tried it with foobar2000 as the control point and that seems to display the album tracks in the correct order.
My multi-disc albums don't appear to be working as I expect in Asset. It lists all track 1s first, then all tracks 2s, etc. I have the 'Multi-Disc Albums show as [disc] [track]...' option enabled....
Thanks for the explanation. Can it be fixed? Move on Error and Encode Local become less useful because of this and the inability to write ReplayGain tags.
Also, regarding my other question:...
So I tested it without Move on Error, and it does write the AccurateRip result and disc ID tags. Is this a bug with Move on Error that will be corrected?
Secondly, I noticed that the AccurateRip...
The Move on Error DSP does not work with Encode Local either. I think that situations like this, where DSPs don't work with certain encoders, needs better warning in the UI or something. At the...
I can test it without that DSP later tonight, but why would that strip the tags? By design, or it's a bug?
I am using R14.2 beta with a few DSPs, notably ReplayGain and Move Track on Error. I have ripped a CD that has an unrecoverable scratch on it, and so a couple of tracks were only ripped insecurely....
Sorry to drag up an old post, but for reference, in case anyone else has this error message too: I also got it, but it turned out to be a problem with filename/path length - the destination was >255...
A question I previously asked has just been answered!

This guy has reverse-engineered an...
Right, but they (FLAC/Vorbis) won't create a standard - it's free-form by design is their opinion, I think?
It doesn't matter what you use internally, but some consistency for writing out to FLACs...
