    Re: Want to reset dbpoweramp

Thanks Peter. I resolved my issue, but will make note of the reset code you posted for future use.
  2. Re: Batch conversion process not working with iTunes on new Mac

Filepath in Batch Converter selection box required ".localized" at end to get the ripped albums into iTunes/Music.
  3. Re: Batch conversion process not working with iTunes on new Mac

This might be the problem. When I select a ripped album from the hard-drive to be converted, the Batch Converter is sending the album as "individual tracks" to the iTunes/Music file tree (located in...
  4. Batch conversion process not working with iTunes on new Mac

I've been converting Flac files ripped through dBpoweramp for many years, and then convert them with the Batch Converter automatically into Apple Lossless/.m4a to iTunes. This works fine on my 2014...

  6. Re: Had to replace my hard drive, should I re-rip the following CDs?

The files seem to be fine, so I'm gonna leave them.
  7. Re: Had to replace my hard drive, should I re-rip the following CDs?

They were ripped to flac (uncompressed). Also converted to Apple Lossless. I can't tell any problem with the rips, they sound fine.
  8. Had to replace my hard drive, should I re-rip the following CDs?

I ripped around 130 or so CDs. In the meantime, my hard drive was having a problem, and had to be replaced. I've now ripped the rest of my collection with the new drive. Is there any need to go back...

A question or 2 regarding my cd drive etc

Before I get too far with ripping my cds:

    1. Is there a preferred setting on my cd drive as far as 16 bit 44.1K vs. 24 bit 41.1k/48k? The drive is a Samsung/Mashita DVD-ROM SW830. I'm sure most of...
  11. Re: How can I send a converted file to iTunes automatically?

Finally got it sorted out, and it's all working fine. Basically, the Music folder file layout on my Windows 8 was incorrect, therefore I couldn't make sense of the file tree in the Batch Converter....
  12. Re: How can I send a converted file to iTunes automatically?

I've tried what seems to be 100s of variations, and have been unsuccessful in converting my FLAC files to MP4 and send them to iTunes through the batch converter. Here's how I used to do this: RIP...
  13. Re: How can I send a converted file to iTunes automatically?

I'll give that a try Spoon. Thanks.
  14. How can I send a converted file to iTunes automatically?

It's been a while since I used the DbPa. I'm now trying the new version, but I can no longer send a converted file (FLAC to Apple/Lossless) automatically to iTunes (was having the same problem on the...
  15. Re: Not sure I understand ReplayGain options when ripping.

    Thanks Spoon.
  16. Not sure I understand ReplayGain options when ripping.

I'm a little confused on what options/settings to use in regard to ReplayGain. I'm planning to rip my collection to FLAC, and send to Foobar (or something similar), and also convert to Apple lossless...
