I'll try that later this afternoon.
  2. Re: Msuic Converter on Mac generates files that reboot my iPod

Mess up in my text. This line:

I used dBPowerAmp to convert a FLAC album that is 16/44.1 to AAC using the VBR setting and setting the slider all the way to the right to get the equivalent of 320...
  3. Re: Msuic Converter on Mac generates files that reboot my iPod

Ok, let me follow up with the testing I did. To be clear, I am not looking for a fix to make the app work with a 15 year old piece of tech. I just want to record this to see in case anyone else runs...
  4. Msuic Converter on Mac generates files that reboot my iPod

    This is an odd one.

I have an iPod Video Enhanced (5.5 generation iPod). I used the command line ffmpeg on Linux to convert the FLAC files to AAC. This worked great, except it did not write any...

    Selective Batch Conversion

Is there any way to point the batch converter at a directory full of subdirectories and have it convert only the lossless files, and ignore the lossy ones?

    Support for Apple's M1 Processor

Yes, I know it's only been 3 days since the announcement, but I am curious what we can expect from dBPowerAmp and support for the Apple M1 processor.

Can't change cover art on MacOS X

    dBpoweramp 17.2
    MacOS X: 10.15.7

I'm trying to rip a copy of Genesis - Genesis.

I pop the CD in, it detects the CD tags properly and loads 1000x1000 cover art image. I click on the little 3...
  11. How well does dbPowerAmp handle SATA drives connected by a SATA to USB adapter?

I set this up yesterday and my results have been hit or miss. My current setup is:

This USB to SATA adapter: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MVRS38G

This drive: TSSTcorp - CDDVDW SH-S223C...

  13. Changing a drive's offset after setting it on Mac

I'm experimenting with different drive offsets, since my drive is not in the AccurateRip database. The problem is, once I set the drive offset manually, there is no way to change it that I can find,...

And, is there a way I can calculate the offset of the exact drive that I have?
