Thanks! After following the above instructions (disabling the cascaded menu, enabling the classic menu, and importing the.reg file), I now have the desired behavior on both WAV and FLAC files, with...
great, thank you! Any idea why I'd be getting one behavior for WAV files and different behavior for FLAC files?
I reverted back to the previous build, because this new "fix" for the duplication results in different behavior for WAV files than for FLAC files, and it's confusing/disconcerting to have the menu...
The singular dBpoweramp submenu appears for WAV files, but not FLAC files, for those the duplication remains.
The latest build does not completely fix the issue.

With WAV files, I now have only the consolidated dBpoweramp submenu,
however, with FLAC files, the duplicated menu...
Spoke too soon, it's not completely fixed.

For WAV files, I now have only the dBpoweramp submenu.
However, for FLAC files, I still have the duplication (see attached...
I was unaware there was a new build, but this does fix the duplication, and for me it makes the context menu much cleaner, so I am very happy with the change.
If there was a configuration option...

Well, I didn't know there was a new build, and this is EXACTLY what I wanted, so THANK YOU to the dev team. I'm sorry @ForSerious this is not what you wanted, but for me, this makes the context menu...
I get 4 results:

Interesting. No, no specific registry tweaks, other than those from O&O shutup when I set this machine up. It's a relatively new (less than 6 months) installation of Windows 11 Pro 23H2, current...
No explorer Vive tool, but do have StartAllBack installed. I removed that and still the duplicate menu items exitsts:
3652
I get a dbpoweramp sub-context menu, as well as the same items duplicated directly on the main context menu:

If I leave the default Windows 11 [silly] behavior of the new...
Thank you!
I'm having the same issue, I have a "dbpoweramp" submenu, and the items are also duplicated on the main context menu.
I get the same thing regardless of whether I right click or use the menu key....
Thank you for v17. Purchased again!
Thanks. Improvement, in that it's no longer off the screen, however, still a big issue for multiple monitors, now it's half way between the two monitors, and the top of the conversion dialog is off...
fair enough, what about the idea of a config setting "remember last window position", for those who would prefer a known fixed location?
Could not the XY coordinates simply be hard coded as the last-used (and store in the user reg key), rather than attempting to center as parent, etc?
I have been having this problem for a long time too. I am running multiple displays, and the converter window is always off screen. I would normally have to press ALT+SPACE to bring up the System...
You, Sir, are a gentleman and a scholar. Just renamed the ones I don't need, that simple.
Eagerly awaiting the final release, will be a buyer again. Thank you muchly.

One more related question:
Is it possible to edit the list of Quick Convert items? For example, there are some conversion types I will never use, would nice to have the option limit the submenu...
Wow! This is great!!! I just tested it, and this is exactly what I've been wishing for! Outstanding.
Question: I've paid for dbPoweramp three times now, initially in 2011, then again for R15 in...
Rather than "Convert to", where you have to choose the format to convert to, is there any way to have the context menu choose a specific format to convert to?
In my case, I am always swapping...
