How about future plans for the product? Are you focusing on new features or do you plan to spend some time on improving what's already available?
I made a suggestion a while ago regarding how-to improve scan speed when audio files aren't located locally.
I looked at the change log but didn't find any mention of this.
Was the product's...
More ideas that came to mind:
1. When moving/renaming files, DMC could update the .cue file as well.
2. When updating tags, reflect those changes (the relevant ones) in the .cue file as well.
Following my experience detailed here, I think it would be better if AccuareRip would do the listening followed by the check against the AccurateRip DB one album at a time instead of two passes on...
Thanks, Spoon. That explains why no ETA, right? How about some other form of verbose info regarding what's going on? How may albums/tracks left?
After about 30 hours PerfectTUNES finished listenning to my album collection (~12000 tracks, almost all FLAC). Most of my collection is located on my old, slow NAS. I'm accessing it from my Windows 7...
I made a similar request some time ago.
FWIW, I use ExactAudioCopy to do that.
Excellent. Thank you!
Thank you, Spoon. Kinda hack-ish, but if it works....
One question: will this .jpg add/remove increase the size of tracks? I mean: will it result with some additional, unnecessary tag header/trailer...
I use the folder.jpg naming convention for album art. My music collection is mostly FLAC - for archiving reasons, I'm no audiophile.
The problem is when I convert music to mp3 and load it to my...
I asked for that almost 4 years ago: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?21450-REQ-Please-add-support-for-splitting-%28length-wise%29-according-to-cue-file
For the time being, I'm using EAC...
Recreated this thread in the proper place. Please delete this thread.
Just discovered about this lossy codec. Seems like an interesting alternative (to me) for converting my FLAC collection when syncing audio to my PMP as an alternative to MP3 (V0/V2): It can achieve...
...right. Sorry about that.
@Mods: Please move this thread to wishlist forum.

I see. It's not an album, but a workout/high-bmp mix I bought online.
Will you, please, consider adding this feature in a future releases? Something like a padding function, where you select if it...
Sorry if this has been asked and answered. I couldn't find it in the forum. I even googled a bit, and went through the configuration trying to find the answer to this question.
I have a l-o-n-g...
Hmm, I didn't try that. I also see it's documented (I skimmed before, didn't read through).
It still feels a bit odd, but it works. Can't argue with that.
Thank you, Spoon. Hugs and Kisses.
Hi Spoon, would you, kindly, consider adding this:

Use case: I wanted to convert some cbr mp3 (320kbps) to vbr (lame, v2). The "problem" was selecting those mp3s. Not that it's impossible, it's just that it could be more user-friendly/efficient.

Sorry, I do need to elaborate:
1. The most important aspect of this feature is splitting without decoding/encoding.
2. It would be convenient if it'll support grabbing the tag info from the .cue...
The title is self explanatory, I hope.
I'm asking for a feature similar to what's possible to do with freeware tools such as mp3DirectCut, available here: http://mpesch3.de1.cc/mp3dc.html
