There has been talk of enabling custom naming in R13. Maybe try the beta, see if it does the job?

If thats not an option, I am not really sure, if the intel was a core2 duo and not just a core duo I'd say intel for sure. If you have the possibility convert the same 10 files on each and...

Re: First track always shows "Inaccurate"

That really sounds odd... The only thing I can think of is an issue with the CD chache. Try to chck the option that clears the cache before each rip.

Converting from one lossy format to another lossy format can sometimes makes the songs sounds funny. Remember lossy formats remove song information!

    Re: Encoder speed at 1.0

The low amount memory may very well be an issue. Also you can set the flac to do the fast compressing, this will make the files slightly larger, but it should be noticably faster, don't know if this...

  23. Re: dbPowerAmp has no codecs for MPEG Layer-3 and Lame MP3 is too large

May I ask why you are converting Mp3 to wav? And why do you want 8000kbit/sec if you want small files? oh and CBR just means Constant Bit Rate, which 8,000kbit/sec is. So the Wave-mp3 setting is...
