It would be a big improvement(for at least myself and I'm sure, many others)if Perfect Tunes could select only specific album files which reside in a common folder.

I am encountering the "cannot check not lossless CD quality" with my hi-res (48-96kHz) flac library and the current release.
Is this a know issue?
Completely uninstalling and reinstalling DbPoweramp, with RevoUninstaller Pro (to remove residuals left behind by DbPowerAmp) solved the problem. Thanks for your help
All of my audio files are displaying this behavior - flac, mp3, m4a (most of my library is flac).
Yesterday I updated PerfectTunes to ver.3.3 and restarted my Windows 10 PC.
Upon restart, none of my audio file icons display their embedded artwork in the Windows Explorer thumbnails, or in the...
CD ripper opens maximized by default and on top of any other windows, including the Windows 10 taskbar. In essence, it "steals focus" from any other program. Is this an intentional behavior for this...
Thank you Spoon. I installed my licensed copy of Reference and the providers are now available
Apparently I chose the wrong "flavour" of dBPoweramp when I upgraded to the newest version. This update...
Freedb is the only available internet metadata source in Power Pack registered version of CD Ripper (version 16.6.0.1). The other internet sources are greyed out and unavailable in the "Retrieve...
This is not the sort of answer that I was hoping for, but perhaps my expectations were to too high.
Fortunately, I have 5 other programs that encode to MP3 correctly. Thank you.
No, I have no other security software. Don't make excuses, please, just address the issue. You have the log files, you have the data. Please address the issue.
The same Lame.exe executable which...
mville...I am unaware of your relationship with the the support ticket process that you are responding to. My conversation up to this point has been with "Spoon", and while I do appreciate your...
Perhaps you could review the thread again. What you asked me to test was the multi-encoder (using only the Lame/Mp3 converter) with CDRipper, which I did successfully, and subsequently reported.
I...
It has been a week since I have seen any further response to this thread. Are you still investigating this issue?
CD Ripper successfully created 3 mp3 files using your requested settings, which were validated by PerfectTunes.
A question...
Does the CD Ripper program use the same Lame MP3 encoder as Music Converter? I' asking because my CD Ripper program successfully rips to MP3.
Really??? You want me to uninstall Bitdefender? I am able to completely disable Bitdefender from within its user interface, (it showed nothing from DbPoweramp being blocked) (which I have already...
I disabled my only antivirus (Bitdefender) and tested the MP3 conversion. It still fails, continuing to create only 0 byte files.
I am able to convert files to other formats, such as wav and flac.
Music Converter 16.5 (64 bit) creates 0 byte MP3 files when converting from ANY source format.
Lame.exe is present, and functions correctly in command line mode.
Ran the converter in debug mode....
Thanks for responding so promptly.
If I understand you correctly, you are saying that my Illustrate products (and more specifically, ONLY those products) are somehow affected by Revo Uninstaller...
None of my Illustrate programs (dBPoweramp 15.1, Perfectunes, Asset UPnP) are visible to the Windows (Win7 64 Bit) uninstall applet or Revo Uninstall Professional.
None of the programs offer an...
Thanks Spoon. I was able to clear the existing values using regedit.
Is this then a known issue? I assume this means that there is no way to otherwise clear the path history once 10 paths have been...
I first noticed this issue with version 14.0, and I am seeing it with the 15.1 beta as well. I am using the 64 bit version of 15.1.
The issue is that the path history apparently cannot be changed...
My latest inquiry on this topic and your response seemed minutes apart. Thank you!
Your two installation choices imply that it is possible to install Perfect Tunes as a 64 bit app? I have dbpoweramp...
Where are we at in the development cycle for this "next version"? Is this issue driving a new version, or are we waiting for enough additional bugs to be submitted to drive further development...
